JC SPICE CORPORATION started as JC MARTIN CORPORATION on July 7, 2002 in response to the growing need to find non-traditional earning opportunities through benefit sharing and honing of entrepreneurial skills without the costly overhead expenses.
JC SPICE CORPORATION had its Grand Launching last June 16, 2005 at the Reception Hall of PICC.
The business concept, products and tie-ups with different local and foreign-based companies, attracted the owners of SPICE CORPORATION and so the two companies merged last April 11, 2005.

- dtc shoe components corporation, biggest importer and wholesaler of various types of leather and shoe components (it is possible that shoe makers of other companies in business like ours, get their supplies for their shoe-making activities from dtc and this make their products more expensive)
- dtc shoe manufacturing corporation, the first and only mechanized leather sole factory in the philippines (again, it is possible that shoe makers of other companies in business like ours, get their leather soles or the entire shoes from dtc and this make their products more expensive)
- boston co., inc. – the direct selling company of DTC, manufacturer of Boston-branded products, awarded as the TOP DIRECT SELLING COMPANY FOR 2004 by the National Consumers Quality and People’s choice awards last aug. 26, 2004
- jc martin corporation – winner of the awards mentioned above, establisjed in July 7, 2002; merged with SPICE CORPORATION last April 11, 2005.
- Mrs. Maite Defensor-Asuncion – chairman; former congresswoman of qc’s Third District; licensed New York Financial Planner; Dean’s list awardee of the up school of economics; sister of sec. mike defensor; took her graduate studies at harvard university; part owner of spice corporation

SEVEN WAYS TO EARN
1. Direct selling – 3% to 70% commission
2. sales commission on product package – the company will pay PhP 1,000.00 for every product package you sell. If you sold ten business packages, you will be paid PhP 10,000.00.
3. Group Sales Commission from Matched Sales – the company will pay you php 1,000.00 for every product package sold by your left group that is matched by a sale of product package by your right group .
4. rebates on sales – you earn 2% commission from the net amount purchased by people whose IME Number is directly connected to your personal IME Number until the 5th level or generation. The people in your group also earn 2% from the purchases of their own direct downlines. The rebates on sales is applicable up to the 5th level also of your downlines. The IME is not entitled to any rebates from the sales of his/her downlines if these are just spilled over by his/her upline.
5. I.M.E. Sales Bonus – additional 2% from your personal accumulated net purchase if it reaches php 150,000.00 per quarter
6. franchising -
6.1 php 200.00 processing fee for every business package sold by your franchise
